This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses mine-cap.com and our gated portals. By using the site you agree to it. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2.Acceptable use
You may use the site and portals only for lawful business purposes connected with your relationship with us — browsing products, requesting quotes, placing and managing orders, and accessing information made available to your account.

- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws, regulations or sanctions, or facilitates unlawful activity.

5.Suspension & termination
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report activity to the authorities where appropriate. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination of your account and Contracts, without limiting our other rights.
6.Reporting misuse
To report a security issue or misuse of the site, contact legal@mine-cap.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to resolve genuine issues.
