Shipping Policy

How we process, ship and deliver orders — including costs, timescales, international delivery and transit risk. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

MineCap Global Inc · Effective 16 July 2026 · Last updated 16 July 2026

1.Order processing

Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed (or credit terms are approved). In-stock Goods are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and engineered Goods ship according to the lead time quoted for the item. We will let you know if an item is delayed.

2.Shipping costs

Shipping charges are the Customer’s responsibility and are added to your order or quotation unless expressly agreed otherwise. Charges depend on the weight, dimensions, value, destination and service level. Where possible we show shipping at checkout or on the quotation; for freight, oversized or international consignments we may quote separately before dispatch.

3.Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance or other events outside our reasonable control. If a serious delay arises we will work with you on the best option.

4.International shipping, customs & duties

  • We ship internationally from our operating locations. Available routes and services depend on destination.
  • Unless the quotation states delivered-duty-paid terms, the Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees and clearance in the destination country. These are not included in our prices.
  • International orders may be supplied on Incoterms such as EXW or FCA. The applicable Incoterm and named place are stated on the quotation or order confirmation and determine where responsibility and cost transfer to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the Goods may be lawfully imported into the destination country and for any required licences.

5.Title & risk in transit

Risk in the Goods passes to you in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (on delivery, or for ex-works/collection terms when the Goods are made available to you or your carrier). Title remains with us until payment is received in full.

6.Inspection, shortages & transit damage

Please inspect deliveries promptly. To help us resolve any issue quickly:

  • Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery documentation.
  • Report visible transit damage or shortages to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs where possible.
  • Keep the Goods and their packaging until the claim is resolved.

Where Goods are lost or damaged in transit on terms where we bear that risk, we will arrange replacement or refund. Return of faulty or incorrectly supplied Goods is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
