We are incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with operating offices in Perth, Australia and Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit mine-cap.com, request a quote, buy from us, or use one of our portals.

• Account credentials — for distributor, client and artisan portals.

5.International transfers

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of “sale”/“sharing”; we do not sell your information.
